- If this occurs at the latest 45 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the deposits are refunded

- If this occurs between 45 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the deposits will be refunded, and 50% of the deposits will be transformed into credit notes valid until the end of the following season

- If this occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the deposits will be transformed into a credit note valid until the end of the following season
